CLEARANCES
Thank you for your interest in helping the performing groups here at Mount Union!! In order to be a chaperone it is now a district requirement that you have your clearances.

Below are the links you need in order to meet these requirements. For the Child Abuse and Criminal Record, register as a volunteer so they are free. The FBI clearance is an affidavit that you have to fill out saying you have been a PA resident for 10 years. Otherwise you will be required to do the full FBI clearance that requires a fee.
